Everything listed as live is running for a real security operator now. What is new is labelled, and what is not built yet is at the bottom, not hidden in the middle.
Site access, attendance and materials
For construction sites, facility managers and corporate campuses. Workers are records with a QR badge, not logins. Modules and price are per site.
Workforce register and QR badges
New, in pilotEmployers, subcontractors and workers, induction and certificate expiry, a printable badge with a QR and a typed code.
Gate console
New, in pilotScan or type a badge, see green or red with the reason. Refusals can be overridden by the marshal with a recorded reason. Every attempt is written to an append-only log.
Who is on site, hours and muster
New, in pilotA live headcount by employer, hours per person and per employer with a CSV export, and an emergency muster list. Hours are presence, not pay.
Face check, optional
New, in pilotCompare a face with a ban list, or with the badge holder where the site has it on. Advice to the marshal, never a verdict. QR remains the default.
Deliveries and stock
New, in pilotExpected deliveries, arrival at the gate, receiving against the order, and stock worked out from every movement. Damaged and wrong items never enter stock.
Many sites, one organisation

Geofenced check-in

Face check-in for guards
New, in pilotA guard is enrolled once, in person, with consent. At check-in the phone confirms a live face on the phone itself. Off by default, record-only or required.

LiveOn duty now, attendance, patrol completion, visitors, and the incidents the company chooses to publish, in the company’s own words.
Controls the company holds
LivePer client: guard names, reports and trends can be switched off. A client can be suspended without deleting anything.

LiveA supermarket in a complex, a hotel in an estate: their own logins and codes, one level deep.
Records nobody can edit
LiveShifts, scans, incidents and the audit trail are append-only in the database itself, including for ZumaGrid.

LiveIssued by residents, clients and the security company. Single use unless allowed more, ends at the end of the day, refused if used up, expired or for another estate.
Gate log and exit by code
LiveEvery attempt, including refused ones, is written to an append-only gate book. A visitor leaves on the code that admitted them.
Units, occupants and destinations
LiveWho lives or trades where, and who a visitor came to see.
Ban list and stolen-item check
LiveA guard can check a plate, VIN, IMEI or serial number against the register, offline.

Who uses it, and how they start
Some people ZumaGrid sets up directly. Others are set up by the organisation they work for.

Some of these are being designed now and are shaped by who registers interest.
Site for corporate offices and campuses
The Site app already handles staff, contractors and visitors at a gate. Host approval, HR and payroll exports and geofenced remote attendance are not built yet. Register interest.
Vehicle access and turnstile or barrier integration
Site records who passed. It does not yet read plates or drive hardware. Tell us what you use.
SMS, WhatsApp and voice alerts
Alerts today arrive as in-app and push notifications only.
Public paid registry checks
Open once the registry covers enough for a “no record” to be worth relying on.
Guard academy, event security hire and equipment marketplace
Not built. The pages that once suggested otherwise have been withdrawn.
