inventoryWhat you get

Evidence, Not Assurances

Four ways to deploy, depending on whether you provide security, buy it, oversee it across more than one provider, or regulate it. Terms are agreed per deployment — tell us the scope and we will price it properly.

Core platform

OPERATIONS

For security companies

You run guarded posts and answer to clients.

Prove what happened, to a client who was not there.

  • check_circleProve a guard was on post — check-in with time and location, not a signature in a book
  • check_circleKnow who was rostered and did not appear, with the number to back it up
  • check_circleShow a client records nobody can edit afterwards, including us
  • check_circleRun VIP details, convoys and cash-in-transit with a named commander and check calls
  • check_circleHear about a panic alert wherever your supervisors are, and let the guard see you responded
  • check_circleKeep working when the network does not — nothing is lost at the gate
  • check_circleGive every guard a badge the public can verify

CLIENT ASSURANCE

For estates and corporates

You buy security and want proof it happened.

Stop taking your provider’s word for it.

  • check_circleSee whether your posts were staffed last night, without asking anyone
  • check_circlePatrol completion per post, per night — and whether a route was even set up
  • check_circleIncidents that concern you, without the operational noise
  • check_circleHold every provider to the same evidence, not the same promises
  • check_circleNever see a guard’s personal data — by policy, not preference
  • check_circleYour own residents or tenants get their own app for visitor passes — nothing for you to run

Multi-site

ENTERPRISE

For boards overseeing more than one provider

You are responsible for sites guarded by different companies, and none of them report the same way.

One standard of evidence, across every provider — without waiting on any of them to compile it.

  • check_circleEvery site in one place, whichever company guards it
  • check_circleDuty, patrol completion and incidents on the same standard across all of them
  • check_circleCompare providers against each other, not against their own report of themselves
  • check_circleRead-only — nobody at any site can alter what your board is shown
  • check_circleThe same evidentiary record a single client already gets, assembled across a whole portfolio

INSTITUTIONAL

Government, banks, multi-state

You need integration, not a login.

One standard of evidence across every vendor you use.

  • check_circlePull incident records into your own systems with the chain of custody intact
  • check_circleStandardised reporting across every site and every vendor
  • check_circleCompliance reporting that draws on the record rather than a submission
  • check_circleDedicated infrastructure and sovereign hosting
  • check_circleSupport with an SLA behind it

How terms work

You are charged for what you deploy, not what you might

location_on

By post

Operations is charged against the posts you actually guard. Add a site when you win it; stop when the contract ends.

groups

By people

Guard and supervisor seats scale with your headcount. Casual staff engaged for a night are not carried as permanent seats.

handshake

By agreement

Institutional deployments are scoped and quoted — integration, hosting and support terms differ too much to list.

Hardware

Optional — it runs on phones your guards already carry

Dedicated devices at each post, and tags at checkpoints, are available where a site needs them. They are quoted with installation because a device has to be issued to a named guard and a hub has to be fitted. Nothing on this page depends on buying either.

Guards never pay for their professional identity — that is a rule, not an offer. Tell us how many posts you run and what kind of duties you cover, and we will come back with terms. Request a scoping call or talk to us.
