Face check-in for guards
New, in pilotA guard is enrolled once, in person, with consent. At check-in the phone confirms a live face on the phone itself. Off by default, record-only or required.

LiveOn duty now, attendance, patrol completion, visitors, and the incidents the company chooses to publish, in the company’s own words.
Controls the company holds
LivePer client: guard names, reports and trends can be switched off. A client can be suspended without deleting anything.

LiveA supermarket in a complex, a hotel in an estate: their own logins and codes, one level deep.
Records nobody can edit
LiveShifts, scans, incidents and the audit trail are append-only in the database itself, including for ZumaGrid.

LiveIssued by residents, clients and the security company. Single use unless allowed more, ends at the end of the day, refused if used up, expired or for another estate.
Gate log and exit by code
LiveEvery attempt, including refused ones, is written to an append-only gate book. A visitor leaves on the code that admitted them.
Units, occupants and destinations
LiveWho lives or trades where, and who a visitor came to see.
Ban list and stolen-item check
LiveA guard can check a plate, VIN, IMEI or serial number against the register, offline.

Who uses it, and how they start
Some people ZumaGrid sets up directly. Others are set up by the organisation they work for.
